One year ago, Thriam embarked on an ambitious journey by launching the Thriam Toolroom—a state-of-the-art, integrated tooling facility created to offer end-to-end plastic product manufacturing solutions. Our vision was clear: to establish a one-stop destination for precision tooling and manufacturing that would cater to diverse and demanding industries. As we celebrate this significant milestone, it is with immense pride and gratitude that we reflect on our journey, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the remarkable accomplishments that have defined our first year.

Thriam Toolroom’s capabilities span across some of the most critical manufacturing segments. Over the past year, we have successfully executed a variety of complex and high-impact projects that demonstrate both the breadth and depth of our expertise. Our injection mold manufacturing capabilities have enabled us to develop highly precise molds essential for various plastic products, allowing our clients to accelerate their product development cycles and reduce time to market.

We have manufactured bullets for the Indian Army, an assignment that demands the highest levels of quality, precision, and reliability. “I won’t lie—it was not just a year of fancy achievements but also one of facing reality head-on. The industry often clings to the myth that mold manufacturing lead times cannot be significantly shortened. Many hesitate to discuss the real variability and challenges involved. We executed projects that took anywhere from 15 to 200 days, providing us with hard reality checks and critical learning’s. Yet, we proved it is possible to deliver molds within 21 days and we shall figure out how to do it consistently also try to make less mistakes. This has been a game-changer for us and our clients. Moving forward, as an integrated plastic product manufacturer, we are committed to relentlessly pursuing lead time reduction as a key challenge and opportunity for growth.”
