Role and Responsibilities: Quality Control Manager

As the Quality Control Manager at Thriam, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our products and services meet the highest standards of quality by:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Managing and supervising a team of quality control inspectors, engineers, or technicians to maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and accuracy of the production process.
  3. Collaborating with other departments, including production, engineering, and procurement, to ensure quality standards are upheld at every stage of the production process.
  4. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancement.
  5. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality control issues in a timely and efficient manner, both in-house and in coordination with third-party suppliers.
  6. Creating and maintaining quality control documentation, including reports, procedures, and records.
  7. Monitoring customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing the necessary changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Keeping up-to-date with developments and trends in the field of quality control and implementing best practices to continuously enhance our processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for the Quality Control Manager position at Thriam should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or diploma in mechanical stream.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in the engineering sector.
