From 9th to 12th May, Bengaluru played host to one of India’s most prominent plastic and manufacturing exhibitions Plastasia 2025. Spread across four days at BIEC (Bangalore International Exhibition Centre), the event brought together industry leaders, innovators, manufacturers, and solution providers under one roof. Among them stood Thriam Toolroom, proudly representing its capabilities in 360° plastic product manufacturing solutions.
This blog captures our journey through all four days the energy, the conversations, the technology, and the commitment that defined Thriam’s presence at Stall C9, Hall 4.
Plastasia 2025 began on a ceremonial note with the traditional lamp lighting, graced by dignitaries and industry representatives including Prof. Rajeev Gowda. The opening set a tone of professionalism, optimism, and shared industrial vision.
For Team Thriam, Day 1 was about first impressions and focused intent. Our stall, meticulously designed to reflect both technical capability and corporate strength, welcomed a steady stream of visitors right from the morning.
We introduced our 360° service offerings, which include:
The early conversations were filled with curiosity, not just about what we do, but how we do it. Visitors appreciated our comprehensive approach and commitment to process accuracy.
Day 1 concluded with motivation high and expectations even higher.
By the second day, the pace had picked up. Our team was fully immersed, attending to visitors, answering in-depth technical questions, and presenting molded product samples manufactured in-house.
What set Day 2 apart was the quality of conversations. We weren’t just introducing Thriam, we were exploring possibilities. Engineers and decision-makers from industries like automotive, electrical, aerospace, and consumer goods engaged us with interest in areas like:
Many of these conversations moved beyond surface-level inquiries, delving into timelines, feasibility, and value engineering.
One of the highlights was seeing the Thriam team work in synergy, each member contributing their expertise while maintaining clarity and professionalism across interactions. Visitors acknowledged this, and several expressed interest in future collaboration.
By the end of Day 2, our brand presence had firmly established itself among both exhibitors and attendees.
Day 3 was all about deepening connections.
The team divided roles strategically, some members remained at the stall to engage with incoming visitors, while others visited different stalls across the venue to network, exchange business cards, and identify areas for potential collaboration.
We continued showcasing our molded components and took time to understand industry pain points that could benefit from our process expertise.
Every interaction was recorded with diligence, and we made sure no inquiry went unanswered. Whether it was discussing design feasibility, material selection, or cycle time optimization, Thriam delivered information with clarity and intent.
By Day 3, our participation was no longer just about visibility, it had become about positioning. Thriam was now being recognized not just for “what we do,” but for how we do it, with precision, structure, and purpose.
The final day brought a mix of emotions, the satisfaction of a successful exhibition and the awareness that it was coming to an end.
Despite being the last day, the energy didn’t drop. Our team remained sharp and engaged, handling final-day footfalls, summarizing ongoing leads, and wrapping up important discussions.
We received our official participation certificate, marking our contribution to Plastasia 2025, a proud moment that underscored our commitment to being part of India’s manufacturing growth story.
Visitors who had already interacted with us earlier returned with follow-up queries. Several appreciated the organized layout of our stall and the clarity of our service communication.
We ended the event the same way we started, with professionalism, enthusiasm, and the promise of more to come.
Throughout all four days, we reinforced Thriam Toolroom’s capabilities as an end-to-end plastic manufacturing partner. Here’s a brief recap of our service highlights:

Plastasia 2025 was more than an exhibition,it was a platform of exchange. It validated our processes, tested our communication, and opened doors for future partnerships.
But for Thriam, this is only the beginning.
